At Ubarony, we always care about your experience as a customer and want to ensure you have no concerns regarding after-sales service. If your Ubarony product ever experiences any issues, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition. If your purchase is a limited or discontinued edition of Ubarony product, we will repair or replace it with another Ubarony product of the same or higher value.
We will warrant all Ubarony products that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, please note that this warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage.
1.Three years warranty service provided in the process of normal use from the purchse date.
2.Awarranty card and receiptis required when you need service.
3.Our service is limited to the products of our company (complimentary products is not included such as the packing bag)
4.We don't pay the shipping cost and any other charges such as the cost ofreplacement parts in the service.
5.We don't offer free service under the below situation:
1 )No warranty card or the card was altered personally.
2)No purchase date and the seller's stamp on the
warranty card.
3)Any damage caused by unnormal use of artificial
damage.
4)Disassembled or repaired the products personally
or by other company or service people.
5)Any damage caused by force majeure or unnormal
use.
6.We don't pay any indirect loss of the damage, such as the expenses at the shooting, the value of the photographic equipment and mental damage compensation.
7.We reserve the rights to repair and change the products during warranty service time.
